Nepal has welcomed the historic summit held between President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in Singapore on Tuesday.
Issuing a press release today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Nepal believes that the momentum generated by this summit will be followed through and hopes that the commitments contained in the joint statement will be implemented to pave the way for lasting peace and stability on the Korean peninsula.
