The then CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Centre), with collective 32 lawmakers in the Province Assembly, withdrew its support saying that the government had achieved nothing during its first 100 days adding that the province government had disrespected the opposition parties.
The NCP has also accused the province government of being indulged in corruption adding that they will not be a part of the charade.
UML parliamentary party leader Satya Narayan Mandal and CPN (MC) PP leader Ram Chandra Mandal informed that the party has decided to withdraw its support while addressing the first meet of the monsoon session of the House meet. The House meet has been adjourned following the announcement.
Of the 107-member parliament, UML has 21 lawmakers, Nepali Congress has 19 lawmakers and CPN (MC) has 11 lawmakers.
Meanwhile, during a House meet on May 17, NC was announced the main opposition party to which the UML and Maoist Centre lawmakers had objected.
