A moving bus was completely destroyed after it suddenly caught fire in Bardiya on Saturday.

Though the bus (Ba 4 Kha 8492) was completely destroyed in the fire, passengers are safe.

The bus belonging to Ugratara was heading towards Dadeldhura from Kathmandu when the incident occurred in Basgadhi Municipality-3 of Bardiya along the East-West Highway at around 7 am today.

The bus was completely destroyed in the fire when a fire engine from Kohalpur reached the incident site, SP Janak Raj Bhattarai said.
