DECC Sunsari Chief caught red-handed with bribe

The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has caught District Education Coordination Committee (DECC), Sunsari Chief Khagendra Subedi red-handed with bribe on Wednesday.
According to CIAA Regional Office spokesperson Narendra Bhattarai, Subedi was arrested for taking Rs 50,000 kickback from a service seeker. He was detained at around 8:30 am from his house today.
Bhattarai said that Subedi took that amount for providing financial help from the DECC to construct a toilet and walls of a local school in the district.
