Firefighters put out a fire at Dipayal-based Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) distribution centre on Wednesday.
Staffers at the NEA distribution centre have suspected that a lightening might have caused the fire at around 8am in the morning.
Electricity has been cut at Achham and Doti following the incident as the electricity relaying machineries and incomer have been damaged by the fire, informed NEA staffer Sher Bahadur Kathyat. The NEA office informed that it will at least take three days to resume electricity.
The centre is yet to determine the damages caused by the fire. This is the third incident of fire at the Dipayal-based NEA distribution centre.
