A police team deployed from the Area Police Office, Chandranigahapur arrested four Nepal Army personnel for allegedly disturbing peace under the influence of alcohol on Friday. They have also misbehaved police personnel in the custody.
A police team deployed from the Area Police Office, Chandranigahapur arrested four Nepal Army personnel for allegedly disturbing peace under the influence of alcohol on Friday. They have also misbehaved police personnel in the custody.
Police arrested Dil Bahadur Shahi, Ramesh Rana, Surendra Bhandari and Man Bahadur for misbehaving a hotel owner under the influence of alcohol.
Locals informed the police after the army personnel use offensive words to them.
They belong to the Nawalpur-based Ranasher Battalion of Sarlahi.
The army personnel had also tried to misbehave DSP Shanti Raj Koirala of the Area Poliec Office.
The inebriated army personnel were handed over to an army office after he assured police of taking action against them.
The army personnel had also threatened the police personnel in the police office.
