Prem Raj Joshi has been appointed as the spokesperson of the Nepal Students Union (NSU), the student wing of main opposition Nepali Congress (NC).
NSU Chairman Nain Sigh Mahar handed over the responsibility to Joshi, who is also the Assistant General Secretary of NSU, of Kailali on Sunday, 17 months after the election was held.
The NSU hoped that Joshi would contribute to further strengthening the organisation.
