A person has killed his wife at Pathari Sanishchare of Morang district on Saturday night.
Chandra Bahadur Limbu, 34, of Shyamchok, Pathari Sanischare-9 hit his wife, Tulasa Limbu, 30, with a khukuri knife, killing her instantly, Inspector Bijaya Shrestha of the Area Police Office, Pathari said.
Limbu is on the run after the murder and police has mounted a search for him. The reason behind the murder has not been known.
Meanwhile, 55-year-old Kamo Tajpuria of Rangeli-9 in Morang district was found drowned in the irrigation canal at local Jhamanpur of Rangeli Municipality-8 on Saturday, police said. RSS
