Amid growing speculation about the possibility of unification between CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Centre), who are set to form a new government, chairmen of the two leftist parties have summoned a Party Unification Coordination Committee (PUCC) meeting on Friday.
A meeting of CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli and Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal held in the Capital on Thursday decided to hold the PUCC meeting, Dahal’s secretariat informed.
The Committee will discuss the achievements made so far for party unification and discuss future course, it is learnt.
The duo also discussed outcomes of National Assembly election, Provincial Assembly and party unification.
