Four people have been arrested who shot a woman mistaking her for a deer at Tokha on the northern outskirt of Kathmandu on Wednesday.
The incident site is located at the Shivapuri National Park.
The arrestees have been identified as Sunil Tamang, Sushant Tamang, Ankit Tamang and Bijay Tamang.
Police said Durga Pokharel of Tokha was injured when local Sunil opened fire this afternoon. Pokharel, who sustained bullet injuries in her arms and abdomen, had gone to the park to collect fodders, it has been learnt.
According to SP Ramdutta Joshi of the Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, they were arrested from Mahankal of Tokha Municipality-2.
