Three people have been killed in a tipper accident in Hetauda on Friday. The tipper was returning back to Hetauda after the completion of second phase of federal parliament and provincial assembly elections that were held on Thursday.

According to the police, the tipper, Na 3 Kha 5918, met with an accident at Chuniya along the Tribhuvan Highway in Bhimfedi Rural Municipality-2 this morning killing the driver and two temporary police personnel.

The police informed that tipper driver Sher Bahadur Gopali, 50, and two temporary cops Sabina Bartaula and Laxmi Stapith died on the spot.
