An elderly man died shortly after casting his ballot at Daraithati polling center in Rampur Municipality-6 in Palpa this morning.
Local Jhula Bahadur Kumal, 80, an asthma patient, collapsed at 11:30 am shortly after he had left the polling center for his home, according to ward chair Humnath Neupane.
He had reached the polling center with his son to vote in today's elections (second phase) to the House of Representatives and State Assemblies taking place in 45 districts. RSS
