An Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was detonated targeting a vehicle carrying independent candidate of parliamentary election from Sarlahi constituency-3 Narendra Sah on Monday.
Sah was heading towards Karmaiya from Hajariya on a jeep (Na 2 Cha 2019) when the bomb exploded near a stream, three km away from the East-West Highway, at around 7 am today.
Police said that no human casualties have been reported.
