EC seeks sample signatures from parties’ office bearers for upcoming polls

The Election Commission (EC) has sought official sample signatures of office bearers of various parties who have the right to file nomination papers on behalf of their party for the upcoming parliamentary and provincial elections within October 8.
Issuing a statement on Friday, the election body said that the sample signatures should be of the office bearers of central working committee or provincial committee of the concerned party.
The EC issued separate notices to submit official sample signatures as per the provincial election and parliamentary election act.
