Jaleshwor-Janakpur road section, the main road section of Mahottari district, obstructed for the past 15 days after flood swept away the road section, has resumed from Sunday.
The district dwellers had faced problems due to obstruction of traffic services along the road section. Chief District Officer, Baburam Shrestha, said that the road section has been brought into operation from today after carrying out maintenance and repair as well as constructing the road section with the help of Nepal Army.
The flood had swept away road section along the Jaleshwor-Janakpur highway at more than six places.
The locals were compelled to go to Indian markets for different purpose following the obstruction of the road section. RSS
