The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has issued a whip to all its members of Parliament to vote against the constitution amendment proposal tabled in the Parliament.
A meeting of the RPP Parliamentary Party held on Monday decided to vote against the proposal, party joint spokesperson Mohan Shrestha said.
The meeting was presided over by party Chairman and PP leader Kamal Thapa RSS
