Counting of votes in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolis has been postponed following a dispute on the number of ballot papers.
The dispute arose after three more ballot papers were found in a booth in access to the number that was recorded while sealing the ballot box.
The vote count representatives of different parties are demanding for the recording of the details to resume the vote count. RSS
