Two cadres of Nepali Congress (NC) were injured in a clash with the CPN (UML) cadres at Budhiganga Municipality-3 in Bajura Saturday.
The clash ensued in course of the election publicity campaign of both parties. The injured are identified as Basu Serala, 42, and Birendra Raule, 20, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Dal Bahadur Bogati.
Cadres of both political parties hurled stones at each other. Ward Chair candidate for NC Budhiganga-3, Jayraj Upadhyay, said party cadre Serala has sustained severe injuries to his head in the clash and was referred to Bayalpata of Accham for treatment. RSS
