A ward chair candidate of Naya Shakti Nepal for the second phase of local level elections in Palhinandan Village Council-6 of Nawalparasi has joined the Nepali Congress.
Issuing a statement on Thursday, Chandramani Chaudhary said that he had decided to join the Nepali Congress as the party had played an instrumental role while promulgating a new constitution.
Chaudhary said that he will help NC ward chair candidate in the village council Rajendra Kumar Sahani and his whole panel in the second phase of local polls.
