The Parliament on Thursday endorsed the first amendment bill of the Local Level Elections Act.
A meeting of the Legislature Parliament held today passed the first amendment bill through fast track.
The passing of the bill paves way for Madhes-centric parties including the Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) to take part in the second phase of the local polls slated for June 28.
