The vote counting has been expedited after forming three counting teams as per the Election Commission's directions and public pressure in Kathmandu Metropolitan City under the first phase local polls.
The counting has begun from three different places as it was begun from only one place before, it has been learnt.
According to chief election officer of Kathmandu, Deependra Adhikari, the vote counting of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No 1, 2 and 32 have begun now at the same time.
The vote counting was painstakingly delayed in the metropolis due to shortage of manpower for the same. RSS
