The voting process in Melamchi Municipality-11 in Sindhupalchowk district has been stalled following a clash between three major parties.
According to District Police Office, the cross party cadres clashed accusing each other of trying to cast votes without standing in the queue.
The police opened three fires in the air to bring the situation under control at around 1.05 PM. The local administration is trying to hold cross party meeting to resume the voting.
