Major political parties have filed their nominations for the local level elections slated for May 14 in Pokhara Metropolitan City on Tuesday.
From Nepali Congress, Ramji Kunwar and Saraswoti Gurung have submitted their nominationS for mayor and deputy mayor posts respectively.
Likewise, CPN-UML’S Man Bahadur GC AND Manju Gurung have filed their nominations for mayor and deputy mayor posts respectively.
CPN (Maoist Centre)’s Bishwo Prakash Lamicchane and Goma Dhakal have filed nominations for mayor and deputy mayor post respectively.
Similarly, Rastirya Prajatantra Party has registered names of Gita Gurung and Ramesh Bahadur Khatri to contest for mayor and deputy mayor posts in Pokhara respectively.
