At least fourteen persons were injured when a bus they were travelling in met with an accident at Jugepani in Baglung district on Monday.

According to the District Police Office, Baglung, the bus  (Na 6 Kha 3060) was heading towards Burtiband from Kathmandu when the incident occurred this morning.

Jit Bahadur Khadka, 48, and Jomsara Budha, 55, of Bungadobhan, Til Devi Chantyal, 50, and Lila BC, 43, of Rithabote are said to be in critical condition.

Police said that the incident occurred after the driver fell asleep at the wheel. RSS
