Police recently arrested three persons in possession of a red panda hide from Dang.
According to DSP Bhuwaneshwor Tiwari the District Police Office (DPO), Dang, the suspects have been identified as Bharat Chaudhary, 28, of Ghorahi-3, Pratap Budhathoki, 30, of Tulsipur and Pun Raj Pun, 64, of Kanki-4, Rukum.
A special team deputed from the DPO and the Regional Investigation Office, Surkhet, had nabbed them from nearby Katuwakhola of Ghorahi, Dang.
They were arrested acting on a tip-off, DSP Tiwari informed.
