Lamjung's irrigation projects have stalled owning to the absence of allocation of necessary budget.
Applications have been filed for more than 200 irrigation projects by the farmers, but absence of budget has prevented the projects
from taking off, according to Irrigation Division Office, Lamjung.
Division Chief, Banshi Hari Koirala, said only 41 irrigation projects are running in the current fiscal year. "We have received applications
for more than 200 projects from various parts of the district," Koirala shared. RSS
