Police arrested a 35-year-old man with 14 kg marijuana from Mangalbare Chowk in Dharan-11, Sunsari, on Monday. A joint team of Narcotics Control Bureau in Biratnagar and Dharan Ward Police detained Tikaram Rai of Dhankuta with the drugs meant to be smuggled to India. Rai was travelling with the drugs hidden in a scooter. The Sunsari District Court remanded him in custody for investigation.
