Police on Wednesday arrested two persons for allegedly trying to murder a man by slitting his throat in Janakpur.
Firoz Rain and Sakur Rain of Rajaul, Janakpur-14 had allegedly tried to kill Gautam Kumar Jha aka Subash, 19, of Dharma Tole, Janakpur Sub-Metropolitan City-14, SP at the District Police Office, Manoj Kumar Yadav said.
Jha was rushed to the Janakpur Regional Hospital for treatment and later airlifted to a hospital in Kathmandu for further treatment.
It has been learnt that both the suspects were friends of Jha.
Police said that they are looking into the case.
