Nepali football team have climbed six spots in the FIFA world rankings to reach at 175th position compared to the last month. Nepal was stationed at 181st place on the ranking of December 2016.
According to the latest Fifa world rankings released on Thursday, Nepal is at the third place in South Asia behind India and the Maldives. Bhutan, which is just behind Nepal, have climbed one spot to 176 position.
Meanwhile, Indian football team climbed to the 129th spot in the latest FIFA rankings, achieving its best FIFA ranking in over a decade.
Likewise, Argentina retained the first place followed by Germany in the second place.
