The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Monday filed a corruption charge-sheet at the Special Court against suspended lawmaker and former state minister Sanjaya Kumar Sah.
The anti-graft body has demanded a principle amount of Rs 315 million (government fund claim) from Sah on charge of amassing illegal property by abusing his authority. Sah is vice chairman of Sadbhawana Party.
The CIAA has named his father Sadhu Sah Sudi, mother Dulari Devi Sudi, brother Ram Kumar Sah and employees of his company Ram Milan Raut Kurmi, Manoj Kumar Singh’s wife Nilam Singh as defendants for using them to hide his illegal property.
