A female British tourist died as a result of altitude sickness at Khumjung-7 of Solukhumbu.
She succumbed to acute mountain sickness last Saturday, according to the Area Police Office Namche. She was accompanied by her porter at that time.
The body of the deceased has already been sent to the capital by helicopter, police said. RSS
