Government has called on the agitating political parties to come for dialogue.
Government Spokesperson and Minister for Information and Communications, Sherdhan Rai, said the Cabinet meeting at Singha Durbar decided to invite the agitating parties for talks and that the government will show flexibility to address their demands.
He added that the government is ready for talks as the alliance of Madhesi and Janjati political parties have been carrying out Kathmandu-centric protests.
Meanwhile, the meeting also decided to increase the number of beds to 300 from 100 in Lumbini Zonal Hospital.
The government has also decided to extend an assistance of $100,000 to Sri Lanka to help hundreds of people affected by landslide.
