Shortage of fuel has halted waste collection in Kathmandu from Wednesday. Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) requires 3000 litres of diesel and 500 litres of petrol everyday to run the waste collection operation. But for the past three KMC has received no fuel, said KMC's Environment Department Chief Gyanendra Karki
