Tootle, Nepal's pioneering ride-hailing platform, has announced a significant update to its commission structure for riders, effective from April 14.
As per the new rate, cabs riders will get 12 percent commissions while bikes will get 15 percent.
By implementing differentiated rates for cabs and bikes, Tootle aims to optimise earnings for its diverse network of riders while offering competitive pricing for passengers, the company said in a statement.
“We are constantly striving to enhance the Tootle experience for both riders and users,” said Rubik Joshi, managing director of Zapp Services Pvt Ltd, Tootle’s parent company. “The introduction of the new commission structure reflects our dedication to creating a sustainable ecosystem that benefits all stakeholders.”
