The bike comes with a 150 cc engine that produces 15.4 PS of power. It features street fighter looks, graphics and sharp headlamps. It has wide handle bar for a sporty riding position. The company believes that its features including the side stand indicator on its digital meter console, new visor and tubeless tyres will entice youths.
Dinesh Ratna Bajracharya, head of the Hero division at NGM, said that the Hero Xtreme Sports would provide stiff competition to other 150 cc bikes. The company aims to sell 4,000 units within a year.
As an introductory offer, NGM is
offering the Xtreme Holiday Package to 10 lucky customers.
