Chairman of Nepal Workers and Peasants Party Narayan Man Bijukchhe has said Parliament should not withdraw the acts and laws enacted by the previous parliament. Speaking at a function organised to distribute the awards to the winners of Bhaktapur City level ‘Dhan Baja’ competition here on Sunday, Bijukchhe added that the acts and laws should not be withdrawn by the parliament before their implementations.
