Police arrested a 75-year-old man on charge of raping a 15-year-old girl in Ratnanagar, Chitwan, on Friday. Sukbir Tamang, who is also a witch doctor, raped the minor on the pretext of treating her, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Dayanidhi Gyawali. Tamang was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim, police said.
