Vote counting stalled in Baragadhi Rural Municipality of Bara district on Tuesday after the representatives of CPN (Maoist Centre) attempted to tear the ballot papers. The situation became tense following the attempt.
Representatives of other political parties have been trying to resume the counting. They started arguing that the ballot papers fell down when CPN (Maoist Centre) representatives moved out of the counting venue.
