A Nepali youth died by falling off a building in Abu Dhabi of UAE on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as 29-year-old Tuk Prasad Gurung of Sirubari, Banjhkhet in Besisahar Municipality.
Family sources said that Gurung fell from 40th storey of a building.
Gurung had been working at Megarme Company in Abu Dhabi for the past 11 months. He was preparing to come home this October and had done for shopping for that, Gurung’s coworker at Megarme said.
The dead body of Gurung has been kept in a hospital in Abu Dhabi and some of our friends from village are preparing to dispatch the body back home, said Yuvaraj Gurung, an alleged brother of Tuk Prasad in Lamjung.
“The company tried to inform Gurung’s family here though telephone but we missed the call. We came to know about the incident later that evening. We feel this is like a dream,” said Yuvraj.
According to Yuvraj, the deceased is the younger son of the family. He is survived by a wife, a son and a daughter.
