2 arrested with banned Indian notes

The Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Crime Division arrested two persons with demonetised Indian notes of denominations 500 and 1,000 with the face value of Rs 6.82 million from Annapurna Chowk in the Capital on Sunday.
Police said the investigators apprehended the suspects, Krishna Kumari Sharma of Banke and Arjun Bhandari of Gorkha, following a tip-off. (PR)
