CPN-UML Vice-chairman Yubraj Gyawali has accused the Constituency Delineation Commission of doing injustice to the people of the Hills and Mountains.
Speaking in Rukum on Saturday, Gyawali said the CDC had submitted its report by prioritising only the population.
“The CDC should have given 30 percent weightage to geography and 70 percent to population,” Gyawali said, adding, population got 90 percent weightage.
