Three Nepalis were killed after being crushed by a train in bordering Indian town of Jogbani.
The deceased have been identified as Ramesh Sharma.25, of Kadmaha-8, Morang, 16-year-old Raju Rishidev of Judighat-8 and 26-year-old Binod Yadav of Sigyahimadan, Dhanusa, according to the Border Police Post in Jogbani.
The trio riding on a bike (Ko 17 Pa 3693) were trying to cross a railway track when the train hit them at around 8 pm on Monday, Sub-Inspector Firoj Chaudhary said.
The bodies of the deceased were handed over to their respective families after conducting postmortem at a hospital in Arariya of India, police said. RSS
