Former Minister and Founding leader of Prajatantrik Janamukti Party Gore Bahadur Khapangi has passed away.
Khapangi passed away at 10:22 pm on Saturday night while undergoing treatment at Bansbari-based Neuro Hospital in the Capital.
A motorbike (Ba 51 Pa 7373) had hit Khapangi at Exhibition Road as he was on his way to attend the International Indigenous Film Festival at Rastirya Sabha Griha on April 25, 2013. He had sustained injuries in the left side of his head and the right hand.
