Sanghiya Samajwadi Forum Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav has said that issue of constitution amendment should not be a matter of concern to any foreigners.
According to Yadav, the task of constitution amendment is internal affair of Nepali people and that no foreign country should show unnecessary concerns about it.
Talking to media persons at Saptari district headquarters Rajbiraj on Monday, Chairman Yadav claimed that it was mistake on the part of government to send two deputy prime ministers to China and India as special envoys immediately after the formation of new government.
"It was childish to send two DPMs to India and China," said Yadav, "The government has raised question mark on Nepal's foreign relationship by sending ministers for the task that could have been conducted through diplomatic channel."
Sending DPMs to neighboring countries as special envoys demonstrates that either the neighbouring countries do not have faith on Nepal or Nepal does not trust its neighbours, he asserted.
