Attorney General and Nepal Government's legal advisor, Hari Phuyal, today resigned from his post. 

Phuyal told the National News Agency (RSS) that he submitted his resignation to President Bidya Devi Bhandari through Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. 

His resignation will take effect from Thursday. He was appointed the Attorney General on April 18. 

Phuyal's resignation follows a tradition of the customary resignation by the legal advisor with the change of the government. RSS
