Bandh halts transportation in Mechi zone

A leader of the Limbuwan party, Kheseham Khajum, said the new constitution should be promulgated by forging agreement among all sides.
However, rickshaw and ambulances are running unhindered.
District Police Jhapa said no untoward incident has occurred so far.
