Voting begins at most centres in Dolpa despite cold
Extreme cold delays voting at some polling centres in Shey Phoksundo Rural Municipality.

Dolpa
Voting has started at 65 of the 70 polling centres in Dolpa.
Chief District Officer Junu Hamal said voting began enthusiastically at the 65 centres.
According to Topendra Budhamagar, spokesperson at the Dolpa District Police Office, polling has not yet started at Kugau, Karang, Phot, Bhizer, and Pugmo in Shey Phoksundo Rural Municipality.
Officials said the delay is due to extreme cold.
