Maoist Centre picks chief whip, whip in Karnali provincial assembly
The party has 13 members in the 40-member provincial assembly.

The CPN (Maoist Centre) has picked chief whip and whip of the party in the Karnali provincial assembly.
Ran Singh Pariyar has been appointed chief whip, while Milan Khadka has been picked whip of the party.
Pariyar was elected to the provincial assembly from Humla and Khadka from Rukum West.
Two other major political parties in the provincial assembly—Nepali Congress and CPN-UML— are yet to pick their chief whip and whip.
The Congress has 14 provincial assembly members, CPN (Maoist Centre) 13, UML ten, Rastriya Prajatantra Party and CPN (Unified Socialist) one each provincial assembly member and one independent provincial assembly member in the 40-member provincial assembly.
