Engineer killed in an elevator accident at under-construction building

A 37-year-old engineer of Mukti Energy Company located in ward 8 of Pokhara Metropolitan City died during an inspection of an under-construction building near Lakeside in Pokhara on Tuesday.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Shrawan Kumar BK, spokesman of the Kaski District Police Office, the on-duty male engineer died after falling from an elevator of the under-construction building of a private house.
The injured engineer was rushed to Pokhara-based Gandaki Medical College, where he died in the course of treatment, said BK.
