The Soaltee Kathmandu kickstarted its annual Punjabi Food Festival ‘Dhaba’ on March 11. The festival will be held every day from 7 pm to 10: 45 pm until March 27.
The festival's first day was inaugurated by Sardar Pritam Singh, the president of Sikh Gurudwara Nepal, Dinesh Bahadur Bista, the executive chairman of Soaltee Hotel Limited, and Jaya Rajya Laxmi Shah, the board of director of Soaltee Hotel Limited.
During the 17-day festival, guests can enjoy dishes inspired by the famed dhabas that line Punjab’s highways. Guests can also enjoy a wide array of exotic vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes that are prepared by keeping true to their traditions, particularly the tandoori style.
Festival visitors will also get a chance to win two air tickets provided by Jazeera Airways.
